STUDIO RENTAL
Click the link below to schedule your studio rental. If you need a weekday, please contact me to set up a date and time to book. Located in the West Bottoms with limited availability. This studio is 850 sqft, boasting with natural light. All white walls and partial white floors/natural wood floors. Backdrops available for use when added on. Props are available to use, no personal items can be used(i.e. newborn items, lighting, maternity(can be rented) dresses). Minimum of one hour at $70 then $60 an hour after that for weekends and $60 for the first hour and $50 for every hour after that on weekdays. $30 an hour for non-photography use, like makeup artists. Saturdays and Sundays are what you see. I cannot add anymore times to the weekends.

Guidelines
Please read the information below. Below is guidelines about the rules and security camera equipment in use. A proper guide will be sent after booking.
Location
West Bottoms in downtown KCMO. Location will be given once booked. Located at Hickory and 13th street.
What Can you use
Any props or furniture around the studio. You must put them back where you found them. No lights or personal items stored on the shelves, i.e. newborn outfits or maternity.
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds. You may move your session to another date within 3 days of scheduled rental date.
Any add on's available
Maternity outfits are available to use with a flat rate of $50. Please contact me after booking rental and a invoice will be sent.
Late Policy
If you're late, your scheduled time still ends at the original end time. No extensions.
Codes of Conduct
You must be 18 years of age or older to rent the studio. Otherwise, you must have a adult 18+ with you at all times. Nudity is permitted but please recognized there are cameras in use for damage control. No alcohol, no glitter, no loud music.
